The lakes described above are famous for Bream, Roach and Perch fishing. There are no shortage of worms to be found in the compost heap at the cattle shed on the Caslin farm. Guests are welcome to come and collect worms free of charge during their stay at Grange Lodge.

Maggots, worms and an amazing range of fishing tackle, bait and lures can be bought locally at Jamestown just 20 minutes drive from Grange Lodge. There is also a very good fishing and tackle shop in the local town of Carrick on Shannon just 15 minutes drive from Grange Lodge.
